Perry, currently president of Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Purtill, an experienced insurance and financial services executive and advisor at American International Group, bring extensive leadership experience expected to enhance Verisk's strategic direction. Their appointments replace retired board members Gen. Vincent Brooks and Wendy Lane and align with Verisk's goal of being the leading strategic partner in data analytics and technology for the global insurance sector.
