Miss Scarlet Renewed for Sixth Season on PBS

PBS's popular period drama 'Miss Scarlet' has officially been renewed for a sixth season, with filming set to begin this month in Belgrade, Serbia. Kate Phillips will reprise her role as Eliza Scarlet, alongside returning cast members including Tom Durant-Pritchard as DI Alexander Blake and Ansu Kabia as Moses Valentine, who is anticipated to return just when Eliza and her crew need him most. The new season will explore the evolving dynamics between Eliza and Blake, the adjustments of newlyweds Ivy and Potts, and the chaos caused by Nash. Executive producers have expressed excitement for the new season, emphasizing the introduction of new characters such as Sam Buchanan and Grace Hogg-Robinson. The series continues to be produced by Rachael New and Ben Edwards, with support from MASTERPIECE PBS and UKTV. The premiere date for Season 6 has yet to be announced.
