Meanwhile, Roosevelt Sims, a 69-year-old man with dementia from Wichita, Kansas, has been missing since July 25 and was last seen on August 2 after being discharged from Wesley Medical Center; he is described as having long white hair in a ponytail, wearing a black ballcap with "chicken chasing" on it, a dark blue T-shirt, and blue jeans. Authorities urge anyone with information about Whitaker or Sims to contact the respective police departments immediately to ensure their safe return. Both cases highlight the urgency due to the individuals' medical conditions and potential vulnerability.
