Additionally, in Lancaster, police have issued alerts for 19-year-old Chasity Bass, who hasn't been seen since January 10, after telling her family she was going for a walk in the snow. The Lancaster Police Department is also asking for help regarding her whereabouts, emphasizing the urgency of the situation.
