France international Adrien Rabiot has signed a contract with Marseille, pending a medical exam, after his contract with Juventus expired. Rabiot, a former Paris Saint-Germain player, was linked with several top clubs including Manchester United but ultimately chose Marseille. The 29-year-old midfielder has a notable career with 48 caps for France, and titles from both PSG and Juventus. Rabiot's arrival strengthens Marseille, who are currently second in Ligue 1 under coach Roberto De Zerbi. His move is expected to heighten the rivalry with PSG, especially ahead of their clash in October's Le Classique. Marseille has also signed other players like Mason Greenwood, Neal Maupay, and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer.
