Shigeki Maruyama Named Assistant for Presidents Cup

Mike Weir, captain of the International Team, has appointed Shigeki Maruyama as the fifth and final assistant for the 2024 Presidents Cup, scheduled for September 26-29 at The Royal Montreal Golf Club. Maruyama, who has a notable 6-2-0 Presidents Cup record including a perfect 5-0-0 in 1998, will join fellow assistants Ernie Els, Trevor Immelman, Geoff Ogilvy, and Camilo Villegas.
