UK Listed Companies Report Total Voting Rights Shares

Several UK and international companies have issued updates on their total voting rights and share capital as of late September 2025 in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. BAE Systems plc reported having over 3 billion issued ordinary shares with around 165 million held in treasury, resulting in about 3 billion voting rights. The British Land Company PLC disclosed just under 1 billion shares with voting rights after treasury shares were excluded. Intertek Group plc stated it has about 154 million ordinary shares all carrying voting rights with no treasury shares held. Mony Group plc has approximately 527 million ordinary shares with voting rights and no treasury shares. Meanwhile, Orosur Mining Inc. announced the admission of new shares following option exercises, bringing its total issued common shares to over 325 million, which shareholders may use for notification calculations under the relevant disclosure rules.
