The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is set to launch a door-to-door campaign titled 'Aapke Vidhayak Aapke Dwar' starting September 1, targeting the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. This initiative aims to strengthen connections with constituents and highlight alleged conspiracies by the BJP against the public. Senior party leader Sandeep Pathak stated that AAP MLAs will engage with residents to discuss governance and the party's accomplishments over the past decade. The campaign follows a meeting chaired by Manish Sisodia, who has recently resumed his political activities after being released from jail. In response, the BJP criticized AAP for being out of touch with the electorate and described the campaign as a mere gimmick. As AAP intensifies its outreach, it faces challenges from a resurgent BJP and the shifting dynamics of local politics, with Congress appearing less engaged.
