Hollie Doyle Reaches 1,000 Career Wins

Hollie Doyle celebrated a significant milestone by achieving her 1,000th career win aboard Leyhaimur at Goodwood, becoming only the second British female jockey to reach this landmark. The 27-year-old, who registered her first victory 11 years ago, previously broke the record for the most wins by a female jockey in a calendar year with 172 in 2021. Doyle's achievements include nine Group One victories, with her latest success coming on Bradsell in the Nunthorpe Stakes at York last month.
