MJ Lenderman, This Is Lorelei Release 'Dancing In The Club' Cover

This Is Lorelei is set to release a deluxe edition of their 2024 album, Box for Buddy, Box for Star, on April 25, featuring new renditions of several tracks, including a collaboration with MJ Lenderman on 'Dancing In The Club.' Lenderman expressed his enthusiasm for re-recording the song, stating that Box for Buddy was his favorite album of the year. Nate Amos, the artist behind This Is Lorelei, praised Lenderman's talent and noted that the song was originally intended for others to perform. The deluxe edition will also include contributions from Snail Mail and Amos' family on other tracks. Both artists are currently on tour, with Lenderman supporting his own project, Manning Fireworks, while This Is Lorelei opens for some of the shows.
