Lifeguards and Ferry Crew Honored for Rescues

Two lifeguards from Price City were honored for their lifesaving actions during an emergency at the Desert Wave Pool, where they revived a 14-year-old boy who had nearly drowned. Additionally, a Washington State Ferry crew was awarded for rescuing a family from a sinking boat in March, demonstrating exemplary teamwork and quick thinking in a severe storm.
