Daniel Craig May Return to Netflix in Narnia

Daniel Craig is reportedly in talks to join Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of C.S. Lewis's 'The Chronicles of Narnia' for Netflix, specifically for 'The Magician’s Nephew', which serves as a prequel to the series. While his role remains unconfirmed, speculation hints he may play Uncle Andrew, a key antagonist in the novel. The film is part of a two-movie deal between Gerwig and Netflix, with production starting in July 2025 and a planned IMAX release in Thanksgiving 2026. Besides Craig, Charli XCX is also rumored to be in talks to portray the White Witch. Previously, the series rights were held by different companies, but Netflix now plans to adapt all seven books.
