Attempted Rape at Camden Cinema Sparks Manhunt

Police in Camden are searching for a man in his 50s after a woman in her 30s reported a serious sexual assault, described as an attempted rape, at a cinema in South Hampstead on June 11, 2025, around 3:45 PM. The suspect, described as approximately 5ft 6in tall, slim, with dark hair on the sides, glasses, and a black North Face coat, was seen leaving the cinema and heading south down Finchley Road towards Swiss Cottage. CCTV footage and images of the man have been released to aid the investigation. Specialist officers are supporting the victim.
