Wetherspoons Announces January Sale at 770 Pubs

Wetherspoon pubs will launch a January sale from January 2 to January 16, offering pints of beer for as low as 99p across 770 locations in England and Wales, and starting a day later in Scotland. The sale includes popular beers like Worthington's, Ruddles, and Doom Bar, along with a selection of wines and a wide range of low and non-alcoholic drinks available for £1.49. Additionally, more than 650 pubs will serve 250ml glasses of Coldwater Creek wine for £2.49, and 660 locations will offer Lavazza coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for £1.29. Food deals will feature breakfast options at £2.99 and various burger meal deals. Wetherspoon founder Tim Martin noted that the sale aligns with the traditional January discount season in retail. This initiative aims to cater to a diverse clientele, including those participating in Dry January.
