Spain has advanced to its second consecutive Olympic men's football final after a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Morocco. Morocco initially led with a penalty converted by Soufiane Rahimi, the tournament's leading scorer. Spain equalized in the 66th minute through Fermin Lopez, who also assisted Juanlu Sanchez’s 85th-minute winning goal. This victory secures Spain's place in their record-equalling fifth Olympic final, where they will face either France or Egypt. Morocco, aiming for their first Olympic football medal, will compete in the bronze medal match. Spain previously won gold in 1992 and settled for silver in Tokyo three years ago.
