Apple iOS 19 Redesign Drops A12 iPhones

Apple is preparing to unveil iOS 19 at WWDC 2025, featuring a major redesign with a 'glass effect' user interface inspired by visionOS, emphasizing consistency across Apple devices. While this update will enhance user experience, it will not support older iPhone models such as the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max due to their A12 Bionic chip, marking the end of their software support. This follows Apple's trend of providing approximately six years of updates, whereas recent Android models offer seven years. iOS 19 will be available for iPhones from 2019 onwards, though not all features may be accessible on older models.
