Miami Dolphins Star Tyreek Hill Suffers Severe Knee Injury Against New York Jets

Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill suffered a serious left‑leg/knee injury Monday night against the New York Jets and was carted off the field before being taken to a local hospital for imaging, evaluation and observation, the team said. The injury occurred after a catch near the sideline in the third quarter when Hill’s left leg twisted or was rolled up; televised replays showed his leg in an awkward position and multiple reports say the knee may be dislocated. Hill was ruled out of the game and is feared to have a season‑ending injury, though the full diagnosis and any additional damage had not been confirmed. As he was carted off Hill drew attention by clapping, raising his hands and waving to Dolphins fans while leaving the field. Before the injury he led Miami with six catches for 67 yards; Hill is a five‑time All‑NFL/Pro Bowl caliber receiver with over 11,000 career receiving yards, making this a major blow to the Dolphins’ offense.
