Body of Missing Boy Found in Ohio Pond

The body of 6-year-old Joshua Al-Lateef Jr., who was reported missing on Wednesday evening, was found in a pond near his West Chester apartment complex on Thursday night. Joshua, who was autistic and nonverbal, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. near his home on Wyndtree Drive. Extensive search efforts were conducted by local police, fire departments, and multiple volunteer groups, including Texas EquuSearch and Cincinnati Search and Rescue, with over 300 volunteers participating. The search involved divers and drones combing through several ponds in the area, as Joshua had an attraction to water.
