SXSW Sydney 2025 Unveils Global Music Conference Speakers

SXSW Sydney has announced the first wave of speakers for its 2025 Music Conference, featuring a globally diverse group of culture-makers, strategists, and industry leaders. Headlining the lineup is Emmy Award-winning music supervisor Jen Malone, known for her work on Euphoria and Wednesday, alongside Dr. Marcus Collins, a best-selling author and former digital strategist for Beyoncé. The conference will address key themes such as the state of independence, digital strategy, global market expansion, and the impact of AI on the music industry. Other notable speakers include John Watson, Hong Kong’s Justin Sweeting, and Meng Ru Kuok from Singapore’s Caldecott Music Group. SXSW Sydney, entering its third year, aims to foster big ideas, bold conversations, and unexpected connections across various precincts from October 13-19. The event will also feature over 300 artists, plus panels, workshops, and parties to complement the conference sessions.
