Pennsylvania Man Guilty of Election Fraud Across States

Philip C. Pulley, a resident of Huntington Valley, Montgomery County, was sentenced to three years of probation for election fraud, having registered falsely and voted in multiple locations including Montgomery County, Broward County in Florida, and Philadelphia County. Pulley pleaded guilty in September after being charged in August, and his sentence includes a $9,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, with 50 hours dedicated to an organization promoting fair elections, and writing a letter explaining his actions. The fraudulent actions involved using false addresses and social security numbers to register and casting multiple votes in the 2020 and 2022 elections. U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero emphasized the importance of maintaining election integrity to preserve public trust.
