Massachusetts Lawmakers Propose Nicotine-Free Generation Bill

Three Massachusetts lawmakers have announced plans to introduce the 'Nicotine-Free Generation' bill aimed at phasing out the sale of tobacco and nicotine products for future generations. Under this proposal, individuals born after a specific date would never be able to purchase these products legally, while those currently over 21 would retain their rights.
