Rochelle Humes Declines Future Strictly Come Dancing Roles

Rochelle Humes has expressed that she would 'never' participate in Strictly Come Dancing again, recalling her traumatic experience during the 2013 Christmas special where she felt 'in a bad way' and overwhelmed with nerves. Despite her friend JB Gill currently competing on the show, Rochelle shared her struggles, stating, 'I don’t know how anybody does that, week in, week out.' She described being dragged around the dance floor by pro Ian Waite and feeling like she was going to be sick from anxiety. Humes also reflected on a judge's comment comparing her dancing to that of a 'drunk aunty,' further emphasizing her discomfort with performing on the show. Although she admires the contestants, she maintains that the full experience is not for her, having seen her husband Marvin go through a reality challenge on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here. Rochelle has chosen to support her friends from the sidelines instead, highlighting her respect for those who take on the demanding competition.
