Martin Kove Faces Harassment and Biting Allegations

Martin Kove, known for his role in Cobra Kai, was investigated by Sony Pictures Television in April 2024 after an on-set extra accused him of sexual harassment involving inappropriate staring and comments, though no physical contact was found. Sony reprimanded Kove, encouraged him to apologize, and took the complaint seriously, but did not formally remove him from the set. Kove has denied any wrongdoing and said he was transparent during the inquiry. In a separate incident in June 2024, Kove bit his co-star Alicia Hannah-Kim at a fan convention, later publicly apologizing and taking full responsibility for the inappropriate behavior. Hannah-Kim requested a police report to formally document the biting, but no criminal charges were filed. Despite these controversies, Kove continues to deny the harassment allegations.
