Nick Grimshaw's rented villa in Ibiza was targeted by thieves while he and his family were asleep during his 40th birthday celebration. The break-in was carried out by a gang known for targeting luxury properties, which were chosen due to their association with high-net-worth clients, not because of Grimshaw's presence. Fortunately, he, his mother Eileen, and fiancé Mesh Henry were unharmed but understandably shaken by the incident. Sources indicate that this villa was part of a recent spate of burglaries in Ibiza, where gangs have reportedly used sedative gas to incapacitate occupants. Following the incident, Grimshaw removed any related social media posts and has opted not to discuss the matter publicly. He has since returned to London after the unsettling experience.
