Point Molate Acquired as Regional Park in Richmond

The agreement involves transferring the property to EBRPD for $40 million by January 15, 2025, ensuring public access and extending the San Francisco Bay Trail. The deal includes provisions to allocate half of the sale's proceeds to the Guidiville Rancheria tribe.
