Fortnite Launches Month-Long Simpsons Springfield Event

Fortnite launched a month-long The Simpsons collaboration on Nov. 1 that transforms the Battle Royale island into a cel‑shaded Springfield and runs through Dec. 1. The smaller Springfield map features nine themed locations — including Moe’s Tavern, the Kwik‑E‑Mart, the Nuclear Power Plant, Kamp Krusty and Evergreen Terrace — and supports fewer players than a standard island. A Simpsons Battle Pass adds premium outfits (Homer, Marge including Witch Marge, Ned Flanders’ “Stupid Sexy” look, Blinky Fishstick and Springfielder Peely), a new Sidekick called Peels the banana dog, and more sidekicks arriving via the Item Shop on Nov. 7. The update introduces Simpsons‑themed weapons and healing items (Super Squishee, Krusty Burgers, Mr. Blasty) and three roaming bosses — Witch Marge, Evil Homer and Krusty — which can drop mythic weapons such as Witch Marge’s Mythic Enhanced Compact SMG. Players can also search Springfield for 12 Hidden Gags to complete a Milestone Quest worth 20,000 XP toward the Battle Pass. Four exclusive Simpsons animated shorts are available on Disney+ and playable in‑game to accompany the event.
