Salem Home Begins Resident Relocation After Renovations

Salem Home has successfully completed repairs on its elevator, coinciding with renovations on the second floor, allowing residents to return to their rooms. In Portsmouth, VIVID has completed 18 affordable homes at the former Odeon cinema, repurposing the site into much-needed housing for the community. Lastly, in Greymouth, all tenants from a problematic commercial accommodation block have been relocated to new homes following safety concerns and complaints of substandard living conditions.
