Ryan Wedding, Former Olympian, Joins FBI's Most Wanted List

Ryan Wedding, a former Canadian Olympic snowboarder, has been placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list for allegedly leading a significant cocaine trafficking operation and orchestrating multiple murders to protect his drug empire. Wedding, 43, competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics and has been accused of moving large quantities of cocaine from Colombia through Mexico to the U.S. and Canada. Authorities claim he has ordered killings, including two family members in 2023, as part of his criminal activities. The FBI's Los Angeles chief highlighted Wedding's transformation from an Olympian to a dangerous criminal, emphasizing the threat he poses. The U.S. Department of State is offering a $10 million reward for information leading to his capture, along with the FBI's $50,000 reward. Wedding's arrest warrant was first issued in September of last year, but he remains at large, allegedly residing in Mexico.
