Italy Sends Humanitarian Aid to Gaza

Humanity Matters, a Singaporean non-profit, has sent over 50 tonnes of aid to Gaza amid the ongoing conflict, raising $679,000 and 41 tonnes of food through the efforts of 1,000 volunteers. Their new initiative, Street Collection For Gaza Relief, collected around $30,500 on November 17, with plans to ship supplies to Jordan for transfer to Gaza. Meanwhile, Italy has dispatched 15 tons of humanitarian aid to Gaza via an Air Force C-130J aircraft, emphasizing their commitment to alleviating civilian suffering. This mission is part of Italy's broader Food for Gaza initiative aimed at providing ongoing support amidst severe shortages. Both initiatives highlight the international community's response to the escalating humanitarian crisis in Gaza, which has seen significant casualties and suffering. The situation remains dire as the region faces critical shortages of essential supplies.
