Katherine Renee Kane Leaving 'FBI' in Season 7

Katherine Renee Kane is leaving the CBS procedural drama 'FBI' after four seasons as Special Agent Tiffany Wallace, citing a desire to pursue new creative endeavors. Lisette Olivera, known for her role in 'National Treasure: Edge of History,' will join the cast as a new series regular, playing a Behavioral Analysis Unit agent named Syd. Olivera's character is expected to partner with Special Agent Stuart Scola, filling the gap left by Kane. Season 7 of 'FBI' is slated to premiere on October 15. The series, created by Dick Wolf, continues to expand its franchise with spin-offs like 'FBI: Most Wanted' and 'FBI: International.'
