Yacht Sinks Near Marsa Alam; 17 Missing

At least 17 people are missing after the tourist yacht Sea Story sank in the Red Sea, near Marsa Alam, Egypt. The yacht, carrying 31 tourists of various nationalities and 14 crew members, sent a distress call early Monday morning. Despite warnings from the Egyptian Meteorological Authority about rough seas, the yacht departed on a multi-day diving trip from Port Ghalib. Rescue operations led by Governor Amr Hanafy have saved 28 individuals, with efforts continuing to find the missing.
