Zhenhao Zou Faces 23 New Rape Allegations
Zhenhao Zou, a Chinese PhD student in London, was convicted last month of drugging and raping 10 women, but police now believe he may have attacked over 50 others across the UK and China. Since Zou's conviction, 23 more women have come forward with allegations, prompted by a police appeal. Zou, who used dating apps to target Chinese students, recorded his assaults with hidden cameras and kept souvenirs from his victims. Investigators uncovered hundreds of videos of attacks, and the Metropolitan Police are working to identify all potential victims. Met Police Commander Kevin Southworth has called Zou potentially one of the most prolific offenders ever seen, urging victims worldwide to come forward. Zou's sentencing is scheduled for June, and the investigation remains ongoing as authorities attempt to trace and support additional victims.
