Ana Matronic has announced she will not participate in the upcoming Scissor Sisters reunion tour set for 2025, marking the band's 20th anniversary since their debut album. In her statement, she expressed that her focus is on completing her history podcast, 'Good Time Sallies', which has expanded into several long-term projects. Despite her absence, bandmates Jake Shears, Babydaddy, and Del Marquis will perform together for the first time in over a decade, honoring Ana during the shows. She wished the band and their fans well, stating she would be there in spirit. The tour will feature performances of their debut album in full, alongside highlights from their other works. The reunion tour begins on May 16, 2025, in Nottingham and will include stops in major UK cities.
