Despite the charm and privacy the home once offered, images taken shortly before the sale revealed it in a derelict state. In a separate real estate development, actress Zoe Saldana sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $10 million, significantly lower than her initial asking price of $16.5 million, after struggling to sell it for over a year. While Saldana managed to make a profit from her 2016 purchase, Delevingne faced a significant loss on her fire-affected property.
