Arizona Felon Arrested in California School Shooting

Kitagawa purchased the Glock 19 ghost gun from Steven Lyons, who had lawfully acquired it from a widow, not knowing Kitagawa's felon status. Kitagawa then illegally sold the firearm to Litton in April 2024, who practiced with it in Phoenix before the shooting.
