First Look Images Released for Stan's The Assassin

The upcoming action-drama series 'The Assassin' stars Keeley Hawes as retired assassin Julie and Freddie Highmore as her estranged son Edward, who must work together to survive when Julie's dangerous past resurfaces. Set against the stunning backdrop of a remote Greek island, the six-part series explores themes of paternity and the complexities of their relationship as they go on the run from threats that endanger both their lives and their bond. The show is created by the acclaimed writing duo Harry and Jack Williams, known for their previous work on 'The Tourist'. Both Hawes and Highmore serve as executive producers, expressing their excitement about the project and the joy of working with a talented cast, which includes Gina Gershon and Jack Davenport.
