World No. 1 golfer Nelly Korda has withdrawn from the upcoming Ladies European Tour's Aramco Team Series event in London due to a dog bite she sustained in Seattle. Korda announced her withdrawal on Instagram, citing the need for time to receive treatment and fully recover. This injury comes after a challenging period, as she has missed the cut in three consecutive tournaments, including the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. Despite her recent struggles, Korda has had a stellar season with six LPGA victories and a major championship win at the Chevron Championship. Korda will look to return to competition at the Amundi Evian Championship in France, the fourth major of the season, and is also set to represent Team USA at the Paris Olympics in August.
