Back 9 Golf & Entertainment plans expansion in Fort Wayne

Back 9 Golf and Entertainment, an Indianapolis-based company, is set to open its second location in Fort Wayne as part of the Villages of Arneo development, a comprehensive project aimed at revitalizing the area. The 240,000-square-foot facility will feature golf entertainment alongside food and drink options, accommodating large groups for events. Phil Vorndran, Back 9's president, emphasized the commitment to create family-friendly fun and contribute to the community's vibrant atmosphere. The development aims to integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, enhancing local amenities for residents and visitors. James Khan, manager of Villages of Arneo, shared enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting Back 9’s focus on community engagement and unique experiences. Groundbreaking is expected this summer, with hopes to open the venue the following summer.
