Prologis CEO Hamid Moghadam Retires, Dan Letter Succeeds

Prologis announced the retirement of co-founder and CEO Hamid Moghadam, effective January 1, 2026, after a distinguished 40-year career in the logistics real estate sector. Dan Letter, currently the president of Prologis, will succeed him as CEO, having been with the company since 2004 and instrumental in its growth. Moghadam will continue to serve as executive chairman, ensuring a smooth leadership transition. Under Moghadam's leadership, Prologis has evolved into a global leader, generating $8.2 billion in revenue and managing a vast portfolio across 20 countries. Both Moghadam and Letter expressed confidence in the company's future and the continuity of its leadership. The board of directors expanded from 11 to 12 members with Letter's appointment.
