Madness plans 50th anniversary concerts at Lincoln Castle, Haydock Park in 2026

British pop and ska band Madness will headline the 2026 summer concert series at Lincoln Castle on June 19, marking their 50th anniversary since forming in 1976. This performance follows a sold-out show at the same venue in 2024, and fans have eagerly awaited their return. The band will also release a compilation album, Hit Parade, featuring 45 career-spanning tracks, including hits like "Our House," "It Must Be Love," and "Baggy Trousers." Madness has achieved significant success with 31 Top 40 singles, 11 UK Top 10 albums, and an Ivor Novello Award, making them one of the UK's most iconic bands. Their live shows are celebrated for their joyful, energetic atmosphere, and their Lincoln Castle set promises a full celebration of their five-decade career. The concerts at Lincoln Castle are part of a partnership involving Lincolnshire County Council and Live Nation promoters, featuring other artists such as Tom Grennan, Billy Ocean, Pete Tong Ibiza Classics, and David Gray.
