Raiders Owner Confirms Maxx Crosby Not For Trade

Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis has firmly stated that star defensive end Maxx Crosby will not be traded before or after the upcoming November 5 trade deadline. Davis emphasized in an email to ESPN that Crosby remains an integral part of the team, especially following the recent trade of wide receiver Davante Adams to the New York Jets. Crosby himself has expressed his desire to stay with the Raiders, affirming his commitment to the team during his podcast, stating, 'I want to be a Raider. I've said that over and over again.' Currently, Crosby is having a strong season with 6.5 sacks and 23 tackles. Richard Seymour, a minority owner and former NFL player, echoed the sentiment that trading Crosby would be highly unlikely, labeling him as the 'heartbeat of our team.' The Raiders, struggling at 2-5, will need to reassess their strategy as the season progresses, but Crosby's position seems secure for now.
