Blue Note Jazz Club to Open First UK Venue in London

The world-renowned Blue Note Jazz Club from New York is opening its first UK venue in London, slated for early 2026 in the basement of the St Martins Lane Hotel in Covent Garden. After initial opposition from local residents and the Metropolitan Police over concerns about crime and late operating hours, Westminster City Council ultimately granted a late license following extensive engagement and revised plans by Blue Note management. The new club will feature two performance spaces with a combined capacity of 350, as well as a full-service kitchen and dinner service throughout the week.
