Telcel-Infinitum Sponsors Suárez in Historic Mexico City Cup Race

NASCAR is set to make history with its inaugural Cup Series event in Mexico City on June 15, marking the first points-paying race outside the U.S. since 1958. Daniel Suarez, the only Mexican-born driver in NASCAR's top series, will race the No. 99 Chevrolet sponsored by Telcel-Infinitum, a major telecommunications company in Mexico. Suarez expressed his excitement, calling it a 'dream come true' to compete in front of his home fans after pursuing his NASCAR career since 2011. He hopes the event will help grow NASCAR's popularity in Mexico, emphasizing the nation's long-standing love for motorsports. The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez road course, which has hosted several Formula 1 races, is 2.674 miles long with 17 turns.
