Multiple North American Restaurants Recognized Among Best for Regional Cuisine

Several regional restaurants across the U.S. and internationally have recently been recognized for their exceptional dining experiences. In North Texas, four hotel restaurants earned spots on a national dining guide by OpenTable and KAYAK, including 97 West Kitchen and Bar at Hotel Drover and Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, praised for their use of local ingredients and distinguished chefs. Buck & Rider in Phoenix was named one of the top 20 oyster houses in the U.S. and Canada by Yelp, notable for its fresh, daily-flown seafood despite being in a landlocked state. North Idaho also saw four restaurants, such as Trails End Brewery and Brava's, highlighted on America’s Best Restaurants list for their regional focus and unique atmospheres. In Scotland, two Clydebank eateries, BBQ Hut Peri Peri and Diva Indian Restaurant, became finalists for the SPICE awards, which honor excellence in Pan Asian cuisine. Meanwhile, on Australia’s Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Beach Surf Club and two Italian restaurants received top honors at the R&CA Hostplus Awards for Excellence, recognized for consistent quality and family-friendly dining.
