Disney+ to Premiere Beatles Documentary 'Beatles '64'

A new documentary titled 'Beatles '64', produced by Martin Scorsese and directed by David Tedeschi, will premiere on Disney+ on November 29, 2024, chronicling The Beatles' first visit to America in 1964. This film will feature never-before-seen footage and new interviews with surviving members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, highlighting their historic debut on The Ed Sullivan Show, which drew over 73 million viewers. The documentary aims to provide an intimate look at the band's experience during this transformative period of Beatlemania. Co-producers include McCartney, Starr, Sean Ono Lennon, and Olivia Harrison, with executive production by Jeff Jones and Rick Yorn. The release coincides with a new vinyl box set of seven American Beatles albums, remixed by Giles Martin, which will be available globally on November 22.
