Both players' inconsistent playing time likely impacted their chances, whereas Carrington benefited from consistent minutes. Despite the snub, Collier and Filipowski are viewed as promising talents for the Jazz's rebuild. Separately, Phoenix Suns rookie Ryan Dunn, noted for his defensive skills and improved late-season performance, was also omitted from the All-Rookie teams amid a highly competitive rookie class.
