Montclair NJ Businesses Hit by Smash-and-Grabs

A series of 'smash and grab' burglaries occurred in Montclair, New Jersey, targeting four businesses between February 28 and March 2, 2023. The incidents involved The Chicken and Shawarma, Marcel Bakery and Kitchen, and Toro Sushi, where cash registers were stolen, resulting in a total loss of around $600. Juniper Yoga and Fitness was also targeted, but the suspect failed to gain entry. Surveillance footage captured an individual wearing a black puffy jacket, black sneakers, and a mask, who is now a person of interest.
