Ribbon Communications Reports Q4 Revenue Surge to $251M

Ribbon Communications reported strong financial results for Q4 and the full year of 2024, with revenues reaching $251 million, up from $226 million in the same period last year. The company achieved an annual revenue total of $834 million, a slight increase from $826 million in 2023, and significantly improved its GAAP Operating Income to $17 million from a loss of $24 million. Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA rose by 31% to $119 million, reflecting effective sales growth and cost management strategies. The revenue growth was propelled by increased demand from U.S. Tier One Service Providers, Federal Defense agencies, and enterprise customers, alongside contributions from rural broadband initiatives in the U.S., Europe, and India. Looking ahead, Ribbon anticipates revenue between $870 million and $890 million for 2025, driven by ongoing network modernization efforts in various sectors.
