Clemson Baseball Wins Series Against Wake Forest 2-1

In a thrilling comeback, No. 4 Clemson defeated No. 11 Wake Forest 7-6 on Sunday, clinching the series 2-1. The Tigers were down 6-0 but rallied, tying the game in the eighth inning before winning on a walk-off wild pitch in the ninth. Dominic Listi contributed significantly with three RBIs, while pitcher Lucas Mahlstedt secured the win with three scoreless innings. Earlier in the series, Clemson lost 12-10 on Saturday after Wake Forest built a 10-0 lead, and they won the opening game 5-1 on Friday thanks to Aidan Knaak's strong pitching performance. The Tigers improved to 23-3 overall and 4-2 in the ACC, while Wake Forest fell to 19-6 and 7-2 in conference play. Clemson will next host Coastal Carolina on Tuesday.
