DraftKings Launches Responsible Gambling Tool Across Platforms

DraftKings has launched a new responsible gaming tool called 'My Budget Builder' available across its sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, and online casino platforms. This tool helps players set personalized limits and reminders on deposits, wagers, losses, time spent, contest entries, and fees, allowing them to manage their entertainment budgets through a guided and user-friendly experience. Limits can be set for daily, weekly, or monthly periods and can be decreased at any time but not increased until the set time expires. The launch of My Budget Builder builds on the success of DraftKings' previous feature, My Stat Sheet, which tracks player activity and has seen over 20 million visits since 2024. Lori Kalani, DraftKings' Chief Responsible Gaming Officer, emphasized that the tool reflects the company's commitment to creating safe and enjoyable gaming environments by empowering players to engage in safer gambling. This initiative comes amid growing regulatory scrutiny and concerns about gambling addiction in the expanding online betting market.
